Basic Event Pricing Guide – 2025

Standard Event Rental

Includes: House tables, silver chivari chairs, black tablecloths.

  • Sunday – Thursday $300.00 per hour
  • Friday & Saturday $450 per hour

Professional and Business Meetings Pricing (Groups of 50 or less)

Including house AV equipment ( projector/screen, sound system, microphone, wi-fi)

  • Half Day usage (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) $650.00
  • Full-Day Usage (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) $850.00

Wedding Pricing

  • Four Hour Reception $3,950
  • Full Day Use (8:00 am through 11:00 pm) $5,250.00
  • Ceremony Only (3 Hour Rental) $1600.00 

Laundry House Rentals

This quaint, smaller, climate-controlled venue space has a refrigerator, microwave oven, private restroom, and seating for up to 18 people. Like the Carriage House, it is a historic building dating to 1901. It is the perfect small space for your small club meeting, small birthday party, micro-wedding, or legal depositions. (WIFI included)

* Ceremony rental includes 2 hours for space decor. Does not include outdoor ceremony chairs or tents.

NOTE: 2-hour minimum rental. All contracts provide an additional 1 hour before and after event time for set up and tear down. All items and decorations brought into the venue must be removed at the time stated in your contract. Items left after this time are subject to be removed by the venue, and you will not be compensated for them. All Food Services must be provided by a licensed and insured professional caterer. Bar and Liquor Service must be provided by an Indiana-licensed and insured liquor caterer utilizing bartenders licensed and insured in the State of Indiana. Lessee will be required to pay a damage deposit that may be refundable; please see contract for details. Prices are subject to change. These prices are basic and only include use of the space and standard tables and chairs for up to 130 guests. No amenities are expressed or implied. Please meet with our sales manager for the most up-to-date information.
