1. Q: Can we bring our own food/ liquor?
A: All food must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. All proofs of insurance must be provided before event due date listed in contract at signing. All liquor service must be provided by an Indiana licensed and insured alcohol service company. All bar service must be performed by an Indiana State licensed bartender.
2. Q: Can we decorate the venue?
A: All decorations must adhere to the stipulations cited in the contracts at signing. Including but not limited to: No confetti, glitter, tacks, adhesive tape, helium balloons, etc.
3. Q. How long can I hold my preferred date without putting down a deposit?
A: All inquiries will have a 10 day hold. This will be revoked on the 11th day if no deposit or further communication is received from the prospective client. All events require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm the date.
4. Q: Do you provide food or alcohol service?
A: We do not provide onsite food or alcohol service. However, we work with a wide variety of local catering companies and restaurants that we would be happy to recommend if requested.
